The Southwest Institute for Research on Women (SIROW) was founded in 1979 as a regional research and resource institute. SIROW’s projects focus on health and wellness, legal issues, education, employment, women’s history, and the arts. SIROW has been working on collaborative projects benefiting the LGBTQ+ community since 2002.

Southern Arizona AIDS Foundation (SAAF) – Wingspan

saaf SAAF is a community-based organization whose mission is to cultivate a healthy and stigma-free society through transformative action. SAAF is the only community-based organization in southern Arizona providing case management and ancillary support services for people living with HIV/AIDS and their families; culturally appropriate prevention and education programs to reduce the rate of infection; & LGBTQ community outreach & engagement.

CODAC’s Living Out Loud LGBTQI Health & Wellness Center

lolThe Living Out Loud LGBTQI Health & Wellness Center is a safe, welcoming environment where everyone is celebrated for who they are. Living Out Loud is a full-spectrum health and wellness resource, supporting physical, emotional, spiritual and mental health.

Living Out Loud’s role on the ANCHOR Project:

  • Recovery coaching
  • Peer support
  • Mental health services
  • Support groups
